Veronica Venter
teaches Piano and Violin to our aspiring musicians. Mrs Venter has truly been bitten by the travelling bug and enjoys visiting countries that are rich in history and culture. Had she have not had such a love of music and teaching children; Mrs Venter would have considered going into Fashion Design as a career.
Ronèll Terblanche
has always wished to be a teacher. She teaches both Flute and Piano to our musically inclined girls. Mrs Terblanche is a determined goal-setter who would love to disappear into the mountains for a holiday away from all electronics and the day-to-day demands of life.
Sheilagh Thorn
(pronounced Sheila), another ex-Erica pupil, is our Woodwind and Cello music teacher. Mrs Thorn is comically known for her ‘gangsta’ walk, but has a gentle and caring nature. She loves animals and believes in instilling good habits in both adults and children alike to curb animal abuse. One of her bucket list items, is to go on a Hot Air Balloon ride.
Renate Seggie
was on track to follow her career in becoming a Sound Engineer, however after stepping into a temporary post at Erica, she found that teaching and working with children was what she was called to do. Mrs Seggie teaches music to our Brass music students and is well-known for her eclectic mix of Tattoos which certainly live up to her personality.
